- Custom Products: It takes up to 14 days to craft the product, plus another 14 days for shipping.
- Non-Custom Products: Orders are dispatched within 7 days, and shipping takes an additional 14 days.
- Custom Products: We do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a mistake on our part.
- Non-Custom Products: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. However, you must cover the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can find it under the Orders section in the My Account tab. Use this number to track your package on the courier’s website for real-time updates on its delivery status.
