Shipping

  • Custom Products: It takes up to 14 days to craft the product, plus another 14 days for shipping.
  • Non-Custom Products: Orders are dispatched within 7 days, and shipping takes an additional 14 days.

Yes, we ship internationally. However, shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. You can check the estimated delivery time at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can find it under the Orders section in the My Account tab. Use this number to track your package on the courier’s website for real-time updates on its delivery status.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at petblizzard@petblizzard.com or reach out via Tidio chat in the bottom right corner of our website. Kindly provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Our team will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

If your package is lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible. We will coordinate with the courier to locate your shipment. If the courier confirms it as lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.

Yes! We use secure encryption to protect your payment details, and we do not store any sensitive payment information.

At this time, we only accept one payment method per order.

  • Sales tax will be applied at checkout where applicable.
  • For international orders, customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. The customer is responsible for any import duties.

Returns

  • Custom Products: We do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a mistake on our part.
  • Non-Custom Products: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. However, you must cover the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please email petblizzard@petblizzard.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send back your item.

Once we receive the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
