2. Processing and Production Times

2.1 Custom Products

  • Production Time: Our custom products are made to order. It may take up to 14 days to craft your personalized item, depending on design complexity and current order volume.
  • Shipping Time: Once production is complete, it typically takes another 14 days for your order to arrive, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

2.2 Non-Custom Products

  • Dispatch Time: For standard (non-custom) items, we aim to dispatch orders within up to 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Shipping Time: After dispatch, delivery can take up to 14 days from our warehouse to your address, depending on where you’re located and the shipping service used.

Important: These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. External factors (such as customs delays, weather issues, and carrier constraints) can affect actual delivery times.


3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
