1. Overview
We appreciate your purchase from Petblizzard (“we,” “us,” “our”). Please review this policy carefully to understand our practices regarding returns and refunds. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
2. Custom Products
- No Returns or Refunds: For custom products (including personalized or made-to-order items), we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error on our part.
- Our Responsibility: If there is a mistake we made or a manufacturing defect, please contact us at petblizzard@petblizzard.com within 30 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund as appropriate.
3. Other (Non-Custom) Products
- Return Window: You may request a return for non-custom items within 30 days of the date you received them.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Return Delivery Fee: You are responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item(s) unless the product arrived damaged or the error is on our part.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7 for the credit to appear, depending on your payment provider.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Send an email to petblizzard@petblizzard.com or use the chatbot in the bottom right of our website. Include your order number, details about the product(s), and the reason for the return.
- Authorization: We will review your request. If approved, we’ll provide instructions or a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include any necessary documentation (e.g., RAN, proof of purchase). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless it’s our fault.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 30 days of receiving the item) with photos and a description.
- We will cover the return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
6. Exceptions
- Items that do not meet our return guidelines or fall outside our 30-day return window may not be eligible for a refund.
- Additional exceptions or requirements may apply as mandated by relevant local laws.
